I never planned on becoming a photographer. It began quietly during a season of personal growth, when creativity started to take on a deeper meaning in my life.
I’ve loved photographs for as long as I can remember. As a child, I would sneak into my parents’ bedroom and pull down the box filled with old family photos, sitting on the floor and studying them one by one. Even then, I was drawn to the way a photograph could hold a moment long after it had passed.
When my interest slowly turned into something more serious, I realized it needed a name. I didn’t want to build something around my own name, but I did want it to carry a sense of personal meaning.
Ten Thirty Four comes from the time I was born. What began as a small detail eventually became a reminder of the season of life when everything began to change. Looking back, it feels less like coincidence and more like a path that was quietly unfolding all along.
Photography grew from that place. A way to observe the nuance of life, preserve the moments that matter, and create something enduring for the families who will revisit these photographs for years to come.

I cherish my family more than anything on this earth. My personal joy comes from parenting our children to grow into their own personalities alongside my best friend and human co-author. Most days at home are an array of conversations that keep us connected and simultaneously lighthearted. Nothing makes me happier at the end of the day than knowing we are a house full of love, forgiveness and gratitude. And we added a new baby to our tribe this year and our life is fuller, highlighting the sweet moments in this new season of life! I can finally say I'm no longer a boy mom!
As for me solo, now that's a different flavor. My time is usually filled by the noise of podcasts and diy projects, there isn't anything I won't try to do myself. I'm an artist in every facet, even if that means I bring the all of my interests directly into my home. But when I'm not busy teaching myself all the things, I enjoy the quiet. The pondering of life and the appreciation of it during the hard times and the good. It keeps me going. But, so does a good cup of coffee and a much needed belly laugh.
At the end of the day, I value time with the people I love, a good sense of humor to make it through, and finding the joy in the ordinary parts of life.

records of reflection

Time becomes a static memory stirring bittersweet notes of nostalgia.

Family photos have a unique way of grounding us. They can create a powerful connection to a simpler time and the relationships that shaped us. Photos become a memory we can relive over and over, filling our hearts with joy as we gaze back into time. For some of us, the collection of memories is small. I have loved viewing family photos since I can remember. Its like a monocle into the life of another person. Quite fascinating when you break it down. When you can see and *feel* the emotion piercing through, the conversations taking place, the scenery... it transforms us and distracts us from the day to day like a magical reality shift. These are some of the places I love the most.
Love,

Those early memories shaped the way I approach a wedding day.

reflective storytelling rooted in tradition & Legacy
Over time, images become more than a record. They become part of a family's history, something enduring, revisited, and quietly passed from one generation to the next.
These are the kinds of memories I look for when documenting a wedding day. Moments that will be returned to years from now, when the album is opened and the story is shared once more.
It would be an honor to preserve those moments for you.
